Establishing Routines
Wednesday, October 1st at 8:00AM

Children thrive on routines. They provide a sense of safety, predictability and autonomy. Routines decrease conflict at home by helping to minimize the amount of time that caretakers have to spend reminding their children what to do - we call it reminding while they call it nagging.  In this workshop we will take a look at routines that will help with morning and evening tasks as well as picking up toys and getting children to eat.

Navigating Bullying and Cyberbullying
Wednesday, October 15th at 8:00am

This workshop will address the understanding of what is bullying and cyberbullying.  Also, how as parents you can empower your student(s) to respond to cyberbullying and bullying through strategies and responses.  We look forward to seeing you there!
