PS41 hosts a rich calendar of events that bring our community together, celebrate our students, and support the programs that make our school exceptional. From family traditions to school-wide celebrations and fundraisers, our events strengthen connection, joy, and school spirit all year long.
International Food Festival

Come sample the smells, sounds, and most importantly, the TASTES of the world at the DEI Committee's 3rd Annual International Food Festival, a FREE community event.
How to Get Involved
1 | Bring a Dish
Please complete this form by Tuesday, January 20th to bring a festive family favorite dish to share.
2 | Volunteer
Help setup, breakdown, or staff the event. Many hands make light work!
3 | RSVP
If you plan to attend the event, please RSVP via GiveButter so we have a sense of numbers. (Encouraged, but not required!)
Winter Read-a-thon
December 5, 2025 – January 4, 2026
The Read-a-thon inspires daily reading and brings our community together around literacy.
It also provides an opportunity for families to support PS41 enrichment through FUNdraising.

1 | Take the Reader’s Oath
Commit to following the Read-a-thon guidelines and doing your best!
2 | Track Your Reading
Students log their daily reading, and parents submit weekly totals by Sunday evening for Monday’s leaderboard.
3 | Solicit Pledges from Family & Friends
Families create and share FUNdraising pledge page with family and friends to cheer on your readers with donations to PS41!
